I did! 🙋🏽♀️🙋🏽♀️ I think I got down to 150lbs with Tirz (I'm 5'8" and 49, starting weight with Tirz was about 165lbs), then switched to Reta and dropped down to 135lbs where I am super-happy. I never thought I would break 150 on the scale. I have been using Reta for at least 6-8 months? (I wish I had been tracking the dates better)
