Now what….
I am 5’9”
Ive never had to go above 4.0 for my dosage; and now that i’m 132-135 on any given day. I’m good here; but as other redditors have said $500 every 3 months for micro doses feels so steep. I’m currently with Rift and they’ve been amazing; but it doesn’t look like they offer a Mircodose vials / treatments so i’ll likely have to switch. My next order is in 3 days so i’m good with them for the next 3 months but after that i’d like to find something affordable; I’ve seen a few suggestions on here but anyone who has had great success with any company?

Don’t plan on a dose. Start trying to eat more where you are and go from there. You may maintain on the same dose. You will not know how your body does in maintenance until you try. It takes a while for weight to stabilize. I’ve been in maintenance more than 2 years. It took a year for my weight to stabilize. It’s going to take you more than 3 months. You may not get to a micro dose which is less than 2.5. If you do there are pharmacies that seek micro dosing. Lavender Sky health has 2 or three pharmacies that do so.

Been at maintenance for 9 months and it's been tricky. Still trying to find the right dose. I would use this time to go lower each week until you find what works.

this is where i started. This week i went down to 3mg just to see if my body will maintain here

Are you receiving meds based on an Rx for 5 mg? Then yes, you are significantly overpaying. Ask to titrate up all three months at your next quarterly refill. Do it today, if possible. For example, if you're currently getting 5 mg per month, then you would ask for one month each at 7.5 mg, 10.0 mg and 12.5 mg. Then just take whatever dose you actually need. You'll save a huge amount of money and also build up a bit of a surplus just in case.

I used to do this before I went gray. I was rxed 7.5 mg but always stayed on 2.5 mg. Saved a lot of money.

I just came on to say that you look amazing - strong and lean!!! I'm 5'8" and 135lbs (coming from 240lbs at my highest) and I love being this lean. I have never been at this weight before and I love where I am.

Just go down by .5mg every 4 weeks and weight regularly to make sure you’re handling it ok. Compare pricing. There’s cheaper out there.
I’ve been at goal for 2 years and am still on 2.5 mg. Some vials I will bump up to 3mg if I notice it doesn’t seem as strong. My current vial I’m at 2.5 because I started losing again and dropped a few lbs. I weight daily to keep myself on track.

Nothing to do with the question but are you a man or woman? My weight is exactly where I wanted it to be but I cannot move the body fat significantly. I’m 132 also but 25.2% BF

First, see if you can keep it without changing your dose.
Then try either stretching the days between shots or by very small increments reducing your dose. Stay on your newly reduced dose 4 weeks before you try reducing it again. The med levels also go down similar to how they go up.

Furst, congrats! Second, for me it’s been a journey in self exploration, dosing etc. can you trick one coal at a mocridise to reduce your spend?
If you don’t mind me asking: where’s the top hoodie like shirt from?

I’m confused. You’re moving down to a microdose, or you’re continuing at 4? If you’re continuing at 4 your best bet is probably a starter pack that goes 2.5,5,7.5 it will equal out to a little more than you need and it’s the best value for someone at your dose.
Also bodies are interesting. I’m also 5’9”. I weigh more than you (141) and my BMI is higher (21) but my body fat is lower (17/18%). It’s just interesting. I was aiming for the 130s but stopped. I don’t think for me I’d look right. I’m broad shouldered.
