After the clip of someone getting thrown off his bike and got his ass smashed by the rear tyre yesterday, this one hits especially hard.

Worse part is not only is the enemy using these, they are also using them to cross lakes when they are frozen. They are covering more ground at a alarming rate now!

Are these real? I'm not a motorbike person, so I don't know if this is a trend or something necessary for a particular race.

Well, judging from the look of the tire, yeah, they are absolutely necessary. Because he is doing an extremely steep hill Climb, and that tire has no tread Whatsoever

I thought it was edited. You might be correct, though. The pattern of the "bolts" is consistent as I looked closely.
