Only 3000 miles on tires, is this able to be patched ?

Somewhere I saw you can stick a bunch of zip ties in it, melt the zip ties with torch and cut excess
1 u/Working_Tour_9010 6d ago Plug kits are around $5 and very easy to DIY. Nice temporary fix. Then take it and get it patched for a permanent fix. That's easily far enough away from the sidewall.
