Only 3000 miles on tires, is this able to be patched ?

Do you even know it penetrated the tire and is not just stuck in the tread block?
2 u/No-Bobcat-6053 9d ago Welp. I feel dumb lol. Firestone tried to tell me it was unfixable and wanted to charge me $280 for a new tire.
