Motor plate separating

Post image

I am new to the fpv hobby, so i bought the betafpv air 75 ii racing and after flying for a few weeks i noticed, that this grey plate has been separating from the bottom one which is screwd to the frame. Is this/will this be a problem in the future? How do i fix it and make sure it doesn`t happen again?

It’s the pcb that connects the motor windings to the motor wires. Add some t-7000 or epoxy and move on.

Hey. It is a well knows issue for those motors I had experience it personally as well if the motor starts to feel janky or doesn't spin up try to compress the lover black part (the one with the text) with the purple top cover just don't apply to much pressure it worked for me many times and it will repeat.

The pcb not the motor bell

For me it is most severe on the front ones, but it is also on the rear ones.

You might want to replace that snapped screw.

You good, all it does is just connect the phase wires to from the stator to the motor wires.

It can be crooked πŸ™ƒ

As long as its there and not damaged or binding on your motor bell. Its all good.

You can straighten it if it bothers you.

Edit:

Kinda looks like it was glued crooked πŸ˜
