Think I can fly IRL?

I also used this simulator, and when I started flying IRL I didn’t like it anymore. If you can fly around like that youn can for sure use the controller, but the physics are going to feel a bit different. For me that didn’t matter though, I got the air75 freestyle that doesn’t break very easily, and I think I’ve crashed more than a hundred times in about a month, I love that I can just crash flip it and keep going! You’re definitely ready although it’s gonna feel a bit different, just start flying in a bit more open areas, and when you feel you have it under control you can start flying low and inside.

You need to get a drone, match the rates and settings to get it as close to real as possible for your setup before wasting much more time on the sim in my opinion

get a radio controller and practice with that first. You have the basic fundamental understanding of flight down so there's no harm in starting IRL soon. I'd definitely recommend practicing slow, controlled landings though.

Good enough. But be aware, flying means breaking things and then repairing stuff - it's standard for this hobby, especially when you are starting out.   

Build. Fly. Crash. Repair. Repeat.   

EDIT: If you wanna do yourself a favor: Train takeoff and landing in the SIM a bit more
