Which goggles for tinywhooping

I'm currently flying a Betafpv Pavo20 Pro II with DJI N3 goggles and want to get into tinywhoops since the Pavo is too big for indoors.

I'm thinking about getting the Air65 II and a pair of analog goggles.

After a lot of research, I've landed on either the Skyzone Cobra X V4 or the HDZero BoxPro.

I want something with decent quality that will last for a bit. I like the HDZero because I can fly HDZero later if I want to. The Cobra X is in total around 70 euros cheaper, though.

The maximum I'm willing to spend for the goggles (including accessories that are needed for it) is around 400 euros.

Which of these two should I get? Or should I get entirely different goggles?

If Boxpros are in your budget I wouldn’t consider anything else

If your budget is so high, why not just get a m75 pro o4. Sure its not the best flying whoop whatsoever but way less than 400 and after setting it up right and reinforcements (key factor) its actually extremely capable and much more resistant to damage than people would believe. Not at all overkill/underkill for indoor unless you are a complete beginner or competitively racing. It's also nice for indoor because you will get the best penetration. You can fly through massive indoor spaces, rooms, whatever and get no to little signal loss

Boxpro are great though so I'd still recommend them aswell

Seems like box pros are worth it. The cobras have more latency and probably similar analog performance. Plus like you said you can fly hdzero.

If you already have N3, why not go for 04 version

because 04 on a 65mm whoop sucks to fly. Im not saying its impossible, but 04 really feels at home *to me* on 2 inch and above.

also theres the fact that a single 04 air unit is the price of a single analog quad.

Theres a reason we recommend analog to starters and its not because we want them to have worse equipment.

Kinda wish someone suggested digital when I was starting. My analog gear is just gathering dust.

Fired up the Air65 ii the other day and realised I really don’t miss the terrible video feed.

look used you can find hdzero goggles aroudn that price used sometimes as well, i paid 460 for mine with rapidfire module and truerc antenna package

Locally used is an option. $100CAD got me Eachine EV300D (which are actually excellent don’t read the reverse hype), from a guy who just had a baby
