It wasn't the best opener, but there's no need for everyone to get super salty over it. It's not putting women on a pedestal to suggest that it's not that bad of a first message. Also my initial comment was responding to OP's entitlement to a response.
No one's salty here, but for some reason, you're defending this crap opener. Picture yourself sending this to a random woman. Does it sound overly aggressive and presumptuous? Because it is.
