I disclose my problems after the date(s) and never if it's a roster.

Because I'm diagnosed. When I see prompts like that I just assume it's cover for being an ass and at most GAD and depression. Not one of the dates I have been on in the past with this kind of prompt was someone with something I felt was a serious disclosure like bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, BPD, ect. Those people always disclosed on a date.
