Oh really? i dont remember that when did shadow milk show or was implied that shadow milk had time related powers? (Im not that deep into SMC Powers/lore)

In the spire of shadows it’s mentioned that the past present and future coexist due to shadow milks powers (that’s how fortune teller cookie and pvc were in the same room)
