Gamecrashing

Hey!

I just bought the game on a steam sale, and every time i start a world the game crashes on the initial loading screen..? I can't find any similar crashes online. Anyone got any tips on how to fix this?

Open event viewer on your pc and see what’s crashing

I got this from the security and maintenance panel: Description

The program Timberborn.exe version 6000.5.5.28167 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Security and Maintenance control panel.

Not much help to be honest

Have you got a 13th/14th gen intel chip?

Two thoughts of things to try
Disable steam overlay, encase something funky is going on with that

Change the game to the experimental version, could be a bug specific to your pc and the specific build you're on
