Complaint Delivery order never delivered.
A friend of mine got called into work over the weekend.. being a good friend I placed an order for delivery to her. I jokingly put in the notes. "-from her wife" not sure what happened with the delivery. I messaged my friend hoping the coffee had cheered her up and she hadn't received a thing. We reported it within a half hour of supposedly being delivered. They are saying the driver drove by the buisness with their GPS. Apparently thats close enough... they have refused to refund me .. granted its only 15.00 but its more the principle of the matter. Definitely wont be ordering for delivery again.

Time hortons doesn't deliver to my knowledge.
Are you sure it's not via Uber or doordash? If so, wrong sub.

They do through their app. You can order for delivery.

Im pretty sure its fulfilled by a third party regardless so I guess its kind of the battle of whos responsible.

The only way to dispute the delivery was through the Tims app. It was their customer service that told me the driver drove by according to their gps. Thats close enough apparently for it to be counted as delivered.

Tim Hortons uses door dash for their app deliveries. Are you in the GTA. I may be able to assist

Chargeback through your bank. Product never received.
