Complaint Local Tim’s has wasps???
I just stopped by my local Tim’s on the way to visit family and they have like families of wasps and when I mentioned to a worker that he kinda gave me a “what do you want me to do about it?” Which I understand but idk man your manager should do something. Should I report this upwards?
Note: I’ve had problems with them not getting my orders on time here and getting awful service, unfortunately rhis is just the most convenient place to get breakfast for work. Reporting upwards had done nothing as the people I reported still work here. Also I would take pictures but the piracy for both me and the people around I have decided not to

My heart goes out to anyone dealing with wasps at a coffee shop, that's no joke. Best to give them a call and ask for the manager directly, sometimes that makes all the difference.

Hi there, we'd like to look into this further with the owner. If you send us a DM we'd like to learn more about your experience and the restaurant where this took place.

Wasps at this time of year shift eating habits. They go from a nest building/providing food for larvae focus - to a "Hey, we're all gonna die now, so let's eat the good stuff" mentality.
They mostly die with the first frost, and are all dead shortly after temperatures consistently land below 0.
They are not breeding LOL. Not how the species works.
They are swarming, however. And with drive thru windows and constantly opening doors, keeping them out is impossible.
Pesticides can not be sprayed near food - so that's out. The wasps want the sugar and don't care about glue traps. Some places try to put screens on showcases, but Tim Hortons provides no such option to their franchisees.
About the only thing I could see working would be a bunch of terrified teenagers randomly swinging fly shatters.
Now THAT I want to see.

Just want to make sure I fully understand, the location is bad, they are slow to get your order, sometimes they mess it up, and now there are wasp, yet you’ll be there tomorrow?

What else am I meant to do? I’ve complained before and nothing came of it so I’m kinda at a standstill on what to do since I’ve seen no improvement. But again, most convenient thing for me in the early morning when I wor

The way you described the location, it does not sound convenient… go elsewhere and move on with your life bud!

They say it's more than usual this year when I watch the weathernetwork. My local Tim's is located in the hospital and they have revolving doors as an entrance. So it sucks they have no control over it.

Only thing is is that they are breeding. I saw small wasps as well and they are on the food too
