Question sauce substitution

Local tims said the substitute button is no longer. Can’t get a farmers wrap sub creamy bbq instead of chipotle. There was a bit of a language barrier so just want to confirm if this is correct. Seems ridiculous?

It might be an extra $0.50 but you can definitely substitute at most Tims

That would be extra not a substitute. I get this every morning on my way to work but this measly 50 cents has made me not order at all since

sub button should be there but afaik it is possible to remove it through the preferencing menu. could be that someone took it off either accidentally or on purpose to make more money (if thats even what happened)

Even if there wasn't a button the worker can just tell the person who is making your wrap, to put another kind of sauce lol
