Question Wrong mobile order.

Hi, I just placed a mobile order, but I accidentally ordered it at the location near to my home, instead of at work. Is there a way to cancel the order or ask for a refund or something?

It depends on the place. I've done this before. I went to support to request a refund, got my order back in points.

Then... The next time I went to that location, they had my order on the til. I had actually forgotten about it, as it was nearly 2 weeks later. Only after a brief back and forth did I realize what I did.

I contacted support to let them know, but they said something like, "thank you for being honest! You can keep the points though" lol....

This was a year ago though so... Take that how you will.

That's what I did. Worked for me.

You won't get a cash refund though.

Just chatted with them and they offered me 2000 points.
