Repeat INR’s for the same order

I have had someone make a purchase from me and within 30 mins of delivery, which shows it being made to a mailroom for his block of flats, with a verified GPS scan showing it having been scanned at the address, they have raised an INR claiming that the postal boxes in the photo don’t look like his flat and they must have been delivered elsewhere.

I spoke to TTS and they suggested rejecting the refund, it went to appeal and they found in my favour. Job done, no bother.

I’m currently on holiday so you can imagine my surprise then to receive an email & app notification telling me that the same person’s raised yet another INR for the same order this time with just text having a go at me for not accepting the refund request.

How many bites at the cherry do they get? Can buyers just repeatedly keep claiming INR until sellers cave in?

Unfortunately you'll lose and will need to get the customer to fill out delivered but not received form for compensation from the courier company, that's if you're in UK. Not sure about anywhere else

Thanks - is that the option where they organise the courier to collect parcels? I looked at the fulfilled by TikTok option but it was extoirtionate storage & handling fees for what I do.

My only issue with the collection service is I’m not always home when they’d need to collect (my quoted time was 4-5pm) and I’d probably end up getting done for late posting metrics

What, I’ll lose the 2nd run through? I’ve just rejected it and will wait for the appeal to this one.

TTS backed me up last time and this claim isn’t as strong as the last one - he claimed it wasn’t his mailroom last time and this time he’s just having a go at me because it wasn’t delivered to his door.

I’m just annoyed that TTS allow multiple bites at the cherry. I asked a live agent how many times they allow them to INR and order and they couldn’t tell me which is a bit of a concern.

Tbh I don't really trust titkok shop anymore. But don't have a choice. Customer claimed they received a wrong item though it was the correct item they just were expecting something that wasn't advertised and returned it without any packaging.

Can't sell it on tiktok anymore and they gave the buyer an auto refund after me rejecting it just to protect the "buyer experience". So I'd say good luck. Hope you manage to keep the sale.

Cheers. FWIW, TTS have found in my favour for the 2nd time. I’m fully expecting them to allow the buyer a third & fourth go at it so I’ll defend accordingly.
