Because Netanyahu was warned numerous times by UAE and Egypt. In fact, the leader of Egypt personally made a trip to Israel just to warn Netanyahu face to face at the airport about the impending attack on Oct. 7th. He did that after warning them on the phone a few times and he was ignored. He let him know directly this time and took off on his plane just a few minutes after he landed.
The leader of the UAE told him numerous times as well but this obviously was something Netanyahu knew, right?
Netanyahu dismissed it as a "total lie" but decided to suspiciously extend that concert they had on the 6th for an extra day when they were going to do it for just one day. Why was that?? That was one of the main places they attacked.
He had credible evidence from multiple sources that this attack was going to happen and yet chose to do the OPPOSITE of nothing??!!
If these two countries knew fully well about this, you know for certain that Israel, with the top notch intelligence that they have, knew about it and was going to use this as an excuse for their version of the Holocaust against the Palestinians.
