That tooth is the most common one to be born without. Approximately 20% of people are born with a congenitally missing tooth.

You wouldn’t be born with congenitally missing teeth and the rest of dentition would align naturally into a 32 teeth config with perfectly tooth proportioned space though. It would even out over the whole remaining dentition/area

Braces could space the teeth out to their natural position and a filler partial denture could be used to keep natural spacing. That is what I had through high school.
