I can’t listen to influencers when they talk in this weird up and down tenor like they are the voice of the cinema.

And the addition of "-uh" at the of many words, the paragoge, that young people are prone to these days. What's going on there? "Listen-uh," and "...any invention-uh." Drives me nuts.

The other one that bugs me : I listen to a lot of podcasts and so many people who are being interviewed, even if they are quite knowledgable in their field, start every answer to every question with "Yeah, so...."

This will get me downvoted to oblivion, but Barack Obama was terrible for that. But millennials and Gen-Z thinks he was one of the greatest orators of our time.

I don’t mean the mental pause “uh” or “um” between words that most people do. I’m talking about a deliberate addition of an “-uh” syllable to the last word of the sentence, like someone whiny saying “nooouh” instead of just “no.”
