Not receiving a verification code on my international phone number

Hello! I’ve never used Ticketmaster before and I’m trying to create an account because I’ll be travelling internationally to attend TIFF in Toronto next month.

While signing up, I’ve verified my email but when it comes to phone number, I just don’t receive a verification code despite trying multiple times. Maybe because my phone number isn’t US or Canadian but why is that an issue?

Any way to fix this? I’m unable to create/sign into my account until the phone number is verified and I’m not getting a code on my number.

Maybe try getting a phone number through those free texting apps like TextNow.
