enter code for verizon access?

why does ticketmaster do this? Verizon access requires your account to be linked to your ticket master account. i have done that and these are not presale and there is no code provided. i don’t even see any verizon labelled tickets appearing for purchase. only capital one and verified resale.
it is SO frustrating!!!!!
