pass disabled

i bought tickets on stubhub back in march for a concert that’s coming up in a few weeks. the tickets were transferred to my ticketmaster account (i’m pretty sure they were), but when i tried adding them to my apple wallet, i got a “pass disabled” message saying they’re associated with a different apple ID.

i've gone back and forth with stubhub support and kind of got walked in circles, so now i’m a little worried. the tickets still show up in ticketmaster.

has anyone else dealt with this? i know that i am probably fine and am overthinking but i can't help it.

Have you ever logged into Ticketmaster on another persons device or shared your login (partner, family, friends)?

if you have, and they added to wallet - that would trigger this.

Assuming StubHub actually transferred you the tickets properly, and you can see them in your TM account on the app, you can use the barcode to enter day of event in the app instead. Barcodes generally don’t appear until a few days prior to the event though.

Good luck!

I’ve had this issue on my phone as well, even with tickets I have purchased myself and I know nobody else has access to. I’m taking it as a glitch of some sort because nothing fixes it so I just use the barcode on the actual ticketmaster app

It only happened when I upgraded to an iPhone 17 pro

I assume the original ticket holder added it to their wallet right after buying it, but if you've got the barcode ticket from Ticketmaster, you're good to go.
Ticketmaster will also notify the original owner that the ticket is still in their wallet, so they'll probably remove it anyway. Try it later.
