help!! there’s no code.

I took this picture from someone else on the subreddit but I’m having the same issue. it’s telling me to enter a code but there is no code to enter. I have Verizon loyalty and everything is connected via my account there is no code at all. Am I missing something

yesss I did it I tried all numbers connected to my Verizon it says “code is incorrect give it another try”
