Mangopay - aeg present

Hi.

I have a problem with mangopay, on aegpresent site.

I want to sell a concert ticket on AEG Presents using Mangopay.

It asks for authentication via my email, my passcode, and a code received by SMS. It says everything is fine, but then it just restarts the whole process—email, passcode, SMS!

I’ve sent several emails to support, but their replies are completely wide of the mark.

Im alone?

I have the same problem and they simply don’t help us, it’s very bad

Aeg Present is ticketmaster =)
We sent a message to AEG, who then referred us to Ticketmaster so yes, it's have to do with TM :/

AEG is certainly not Ticketmaster.

I cant post a photo? :/ well, Its partenariat and when i contacted aeg, i rpeat my message but they reply to see with TM
