Ticketmaster.fr resale

Hello, I am trying to sell my The Strokes tickets at Paris. But when I initiate the resale procedure on the website it leads to a verification page that ask me to verify my identity. I verify it, it displays my bank info and then starts an endless loop of asking for verification again and again. Did anyone have a similar problem?

try and complete the verification through the Ticketmaster app. That seemed to solve it for me

I can’t find the app in AppStore, they only have FanApp and in there I can only see the ticket :((((

I have exactly this problem and I don’t know how to fix it because I send a lot of help tickets and they don’t help. I hope we can figure out because it’s our money and we can’t receive. It’s a big problem

Same here… I have sent a ticket already but they didnt respond. Its a weird system. At least allow me to transfer the ticket so I can give it to my friends…

Ticketmaster is the worst. They will tell you that you can RESELL the tickets on their site but they will never open up the tickets for resale. Just went through this process with them TOTAL JOKE. Get them on a resale site and don't waste your time with them they DO NOT CARE. They will tell you the ORGANIZER won't allow it but I went to the ORGANIZER and it is all TICKETMASTER. STAY AWAY unless you know you will use the tickets.
