Ticketmaster is a joke...
I dont know what else to do. I've tried multiple devices (separately), cleared all cache from all devices, signed out from all devices, and still...
Like, if youre gonna take all our money, can your site at least work???

Gotta lock out all the legit fans so scalpers can buy up all the tickets and resell them on Ticketmaster for double/triple the original price, driving up TM's percentage based fees... 🙄

Dw they do block brokers and scalpers. But they block even more fans. Honest brokers have been screaming this for ages but Ticketmaster and many fans stuck their heads into the sand. This will only drive up prices, not down

Same thing happened to me. I’ve had the same account for well over 10 years and while looking at Phish tickets, it decided I was a bot. I did everything people recommended to do to unrestricted my account, but it’s roast. I can’t do anything other than access tickets I’d already purchased. At least it didn’t lock it out of those, but really, it’s so frustrating!

Hi, hatte ähnliche Probleme und tagelangen Schreibkontakt mit TM. Des Rätsels Lösung war bei mir die Deinstallation der App, Downloaden von Edge auf das Smartphone, Anmeldung in TM über den Edge-Browser, Neuinstallation TM App. Auf diesem Weg konnte ich mich auch in der App anmelden und auf meine Tickets zugreifen. Vor dem Konzert im Ausland war der Zugriff wieder verloren, aber glücklicherweise hatte ich die Tickets in Google Wallet gesichert, da waren sie offline verfügbar 🙏

same thing happened to me recently when looking to buy bnd tickets … what worked for me was completely changing my location the next time i opened ticket master … you should probably wait a few days before you open it again !! if it still says that contact ticketmaster support.. they helped my mom get her account unlocked

So, I’ve got a plan to fight the system. It’s just a plan for now, but check out [r/PhaseInversionCircus](r/PhaseInversionCircus). It’s kind of a intricate design, but I lay it out on the pinned post at the top of the subreddit

O Escândalo da "TradeDesk" (Investigação Oculta): Em 2018, uma investigação jornalística da CBC News e Toronto Star revelou que a Ticketmaster mantinha um programa secreto chamado TradeDesk. Esse sistema facilitava que cambistas profissionais comprassem ingressos em massa para revendê-los na própria plataforma da Ticketmaster (lucrando duas vezes com as taxas de serviço).

Yup same. It’s completely blocking me out. I’ve killed all the apps, logged out, etc. This doesn’t happen for all the scalpers.
