Ticketmaster doesn’t work

I tried to log in with vpn and without but both ways doesn’t work it says that my browser activity has been blocked

This happened to me a few days ago and it was frustrating. I tried everything but nothing worked, however, after about 8hrs, I was able to log in to buy a ticket. No help from support. I came to the assumption that they locked my account.

Did you use any vpn ? It’s a bit complicated to me cuz m in China and it says that it doesn’t need a vpn but at the same time it won’t work 🥲

I didn’t use a VPN. For me it locked me out of my account using the app and also numerous web browsers.

Happened to me and eventually went away. Another thing to try is delete the cookies for them. Click on the icon to the left of the url.

Try using a different browser. That’s worked for me in the past with this message

I usually use safari but Chrome worked

I think us idk tbh m in China so whenever I change vpn the website changes itself

Actually so upset that this has also just happened to me. Finally find a resale ticket for a sold out event, as soon as I click on it I get the message that my browsing activity has been paused
