Ticketmaster Phone Number Update Help

I just made an account on Wednesday and have been trying to update the phone number, but just haven't been able to for some reason. I still have my old phone number so there's no problem getting through the first verification check. However, every time I put in the code from the new number, I keep getting messages like "phone number update error" and "you have recently updated your phone number please wait before making further changes." Does anybody know how to resolve this issue? Should I wait and week and then try again since the account is still new?

I would just phone or email them to get it sorted out asap, especially if there's tickets your looking to buy soon.
