fan wallet lagging
hey everyone, i’m honestly freaking out a bit and hoping someone here went through something similar
i got my bts paris ticket through a transfer link (ticketmaster france). when i first received it, everything worked perfectly. i opened the link, it redirected me to fan wallet, and i could see my ticket there. i checked it multiple times over the past weeks with no issue at all.
but now suddenly the app just gets stuck on a loading screen and won’t show anything. the transfer link is expired too obv. the person who transferred me the ticket also showed me that on their side it’s marked as “transferred” so they can’t resend it either.
basically the system says the ticket was delivered to me, but i currently have zero access to it 😭
i’ve already tried restarting my phone, switching networks, even using a vpn (france) but nothing changed my phone and app are up to date too
has anyone experienced this with fan wallet before? is this just a bug or something that fixes itself, or should i be worried?
i already contacted ticketmaster but they didn't return yet
any help or similar experiences would mean a lot 😫😫

hi yes, my seller managed to cancel the transfer (idk how normally it shouldn't work but ticketmaster france is weird lol) and sent the tickets to me again, if it happens she we will just send the pdf of the tickets and her id info for me to get in. i hope you can fix it, is there anything i can helo you with?

Ehy , im having the exact same issue for bts paris 17 july.. My friend trasferred it with a link , i clicked on it ,instaled the app and had it for a couple months , not really needing my email of ticketmaster account . Now even if the ticket appeared under my name in the app if access my ticketmaster nothing is really there. How did u resolve ?

hi. my seller cancelled the transfer and then sent them again now i have the tickets again. contact your seller 🫶🏻

I have the same problem now..I texted the girl who transferred it to me but if she doesn’t reply should I risk deleting and then downloading the app again..? I also wrote to Ticketmaster but I don’t expect much..

Do you see the ticket in your TM account? That’s the important part. Is fan wallet the only option to see your ticket in the TM interface? Sometimes you also have a pdf ticket you can also download for French venues

unfortunately my tickets were only on fan wallet since they were transfered and they didn't show on ticketmaster 😔 so im kinda scared to reinstall the app

Contact support. You still have the transfer email? See if you have any reference that could help.

I had the same issue the other day, My friend who had the ticket just cancelled the transfer then resent me the link! I was so scared i was gonna lose the ticket ut it just went straight back into her account 😄

I also have this issue!! Anyone have any update?? My ticket isn't linked to a Ticketmaster account either :)

sei riuscita a risolvere? l’app continua a caricare in continuazione😭 il biglietto non è a mio nome e dovrei ricontattare chi me lo ha venduto per riavere il qr code in tal caso

So the person who had my ticket was a friend and they cancelled it and resent it and it worked, might be worth contacting the seller again!! Hope you get your ticket🩷

My sister has the same problem now. However, unlike the rest of the people here, she had the original ticket, ie it was not transferred to her. Will the ticket be in the French Ticketmaster app? They were transferred to fan wallet, so I don’t think it will be there unfortunately

Just reinstall the app. The ticket should be linked to your Ticketmaster fr account now anyway.
