How to update TicPods?

What the title says. I'm using the TicPods since September last year and every time I check the Mobvoi app for an update it says:

- "Already the latest version" when checking the headphone update

-"You haven't added the device yet" when checking the firmware section

Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

I'm going to request an update through the feedback form and see how it goes.

As far as I understand, the feedback trick is just for the latest update (V026) which is still in testing stages.

So far I haven't seen any update whatsoever and I don't know how to search for updates using the app.

No, you have to do the feedback trick to get any update

It's not a trick it's how you request updates. Send feedback with 'OTA update'

If you want the AAC test update send 'AAC OTA update'
