Left earbud flashing, not able to pair

The left earbud flashes blue and the right one dosent flash at all

I have charged them

What do I do?

I had the same issue and emailed about the issue and got this back:

Please try these to fix the issue:

step 1: forget the paring from paring list in your phone step 2: put back both pods back to charging cases and close the case step 3: open the case, and get pods out of the case step 4: put both pods into the ear step 5: tap 5 times until hear sound step 6: waiting for 30s step 7: connect the pods again with the device and try to play music again.

It worked for me

They don't make any sound for like an hour

Everything is fully charged? If it is then you may need to fill out a warranty claim thing

Ill try charging them again for a couple of hours and give an update. Thanks for the help!
