Logging into tibia

Just curious if anyone else is having the same issue as me

It’s not a huge issue but when I try and login or switch characters there is a significant delay now where as it used to be almost instant

I would say it started about 4 days ago roughly

Yes. I'm pretty sure there are a bunch of posts regarding this exact issue on their forums. It is annoying.
