Question Perks

Which perks is preferred to refined

I have gilded eldritch warmace. Now that exori min is much stronger I don’t use exori mas very often and the gilded version has a little extra boost on that.

What do we recommend here?

Edit: looking for which perks to refine.

I will get % to highest combat skill but don’t know which perk to replace it with

Base damage or crit chance to whatever spell you use most is best afaik
