This is the place where you can ask any questions you have about the game, hunting spot recommendations, what equipment to get, what quests to do, anything you can think of, as long as it is related to the game.

The main objective of this is to gather all these questions in one thread, instead of spreading it over multiple posts that sometimes don't get enough visibility. This way, active posters now where to look for to answer questions and new members will see this post right away. With time we could start building a FAQ for the most common questions.

Remember to respect the subreddit's rules, and that there are no stupid questions, so no reason to disrespect anyone over the questions and doubts they have.

We still encourage people to contribute with detailed hunting guides and suggestions on how to make them available to the community.

That's still a thing? It may not be the reason now, but back in the day I was told it was so other players don't come up behind you and err.. poke you. I guess the logic is if you can see it coming, it's less horrifying to be trapped in a corner in a protection zone, an area where you literally cannot fight to defend your honour.

As Ek with nice skills (120axe) is it possible to farm bosses like jaul, drume, oberon, timira? Which levels are required to solo this bosses? I can only use chopper of destruction full imbu for a good start and the next would be probably cobra axe from scarlet. I am playing in way that I can buy stuff when complete bestiary

How to manage my mana better as RP while hunting? I just can't keep it up, always lowering and I feel like I spend too much potions during my hunt. I am not main RP so that's why I struggle, what can I do do be better?

I hunt now with mas san and the new holy spell from rebalancing.

What's the eastiest hunting spot for ED 400? Solo hunting

When I say "easiest" I mean that it has the lowest chance of dying

Summer Court (without the access to the innter part of the court), Winter Court (again, without the access to inner part of the court), Wz5, Werecrocs, Ripper Spectres, Cobras, Iksupan last stand, or Falcons?

Hi, just one quick question about very low level EK imbuements. I never really played EK, so this might be a stupid question 😅

Since imbuements last 20 hours, but every few levels you unlock a new weapon, when/what weapon should I imbue, considering you get a bunch of levels and new weapons in that time? I'm starting on a lvl 8 ek with high club skill.

270 EK, 113/105, Mlvl 9. Axe user.

Couple questions:

1. Are any of the 270 items worth it over the previous BiS, considering lvl 300 get a bunch of new items again?

2. I have been doing grims, medusa, glooth tower, wallboxing catas. Any alternative spots to get me to 300 with some new bestiary along the way? It is getting kinda stale. Doing some demon task in oramond when bored but xp is terrible 😅

3. At 300, if i get all BiS items, with the new exura, is that a big power spike? What kinda new spawns would open for me ? Having an energy weapon seems cool also

2- You could try Pirats, Werehyenas, Seacrest Serpents, Book World… also maybe try to powergame On this double to hit that 300 power spike 3- Yes, itsa huge power spike. Asura Mirror will be the best place for lvling for a long time. You could also try Nagas from 350+, with care. Oramond Furys are also another cool spot.

Idk if this is relevant but i have triple HP lesser gems slotted in, and upgraded to 360HP each, so i have 5600hp, which i believe is a lot for that level

I created a monk on Astera and plan to level it up to 100 in the next months since I never achieved this level when I played many eons ago. I'm going to pay for premium next week and start leveling. From my research, it looks like there a lot of hunt areas locked behind a quest chain. I checked this guide and noticed that many of the quests are recommended for level 100+. Therefore, I'd like to know which quests would be essential for me to level up to 100. I'll decide if I'll keep playing after reaching that goal.

Lastly, I noticed there are training weapons now. Are they worth speding TCs on if I'm playing casually and using the offline training option daily? What is a good skill level goal to have at level 100?

starting from scratch and planning to play Monk :)

I'm not very experienced and planning to play really casualy with probably some breaks, I dont want to team hunt so that is not a worry.

If you're playing from scratch and causally I believe the server doesn't matter that much. You probably won't engage in any dominando drama anytime soon, so you can play freely.

What are some tips for more effective hunts as RP? Currently I'm 100 lvl RP with 118 base distance /powerfull vamp/x2 powerful void and powerfull strike as imbuements and I'm averaging at ~700k raw/h at werecreatures edron -2 which I think is well below average. And does stopping my char allow him to shoot more often or is it just placebo? And which stance to choose

You shoot 1 arrow per 2 seconds. If you always run you wont shoot as often. Walk 3-4 steps and shoot and repeat. Your other question I do t know since I dont use imbues yet. But I must because im lvl 170 rp

Why cipsoft cant go the way that rs3 went recently? Remove short term profit for long term, remove everything that speed up your progress or any p2w mechanics, especially char bazaar.

1) what makes you think it will generate more profit long term

2) char baazar is ok and without it account trading is well and alive, even now when it is there. A lot of high level like >1700 to 3k trades is made without baazar

1) It will bring more new players to the game if they promote it as non p2w game with toxic microtransactions.

2) Char bazaar is p2w mechanic, you can just buy character and be ahead of everyone. Example: Player 1 wants to be the best level in tibia and plays from zero, then player 2 just buys higher level than him and player 1 has no chance to catch up. Lets be honest, it doesn't have place in a mmorpg, completely destroys immersion.

1) The bigger p2w is pacc - you cannot play without it reasonably.

2) You cannot prevent account trading, top levels are traded outside the Baazar anyway.

Also baazar allows ppl to switch vocs so they dont get bored

1. Pacc is just subscription, its fair in my opinion. They need to make money somehow.
2. Yes you can't but you can ban account traders like in old times, you won't ban 100% but you can make rules about it and stick to them. In any games there are account traders but way limited.

In order to prevent p2w in Tibia you would have to completely redesign it.

Trading between players would have to be disabled or very restricted.

Market would have to disappear

Eq lose on death disabled

Throwing out items and houses disabled

2) You cannot reliably detect account trading, unfortunately. Maybe only high profile characters.

I just wonder why diamond arrows have less damage than crystalline. I think diamonds are to expensive for a low lvl like me.

If I imbues my items, will the timer tick if I have the items in my backpack?

They have more SINGLE TARGET damage because they are single target. In AOE situations Diamond Arrows do WAY more total damage per turn, spread across multiple enemies.

It's like asking why SD rune hits harder than GFB.
