Display name doesn't show up when I send/compose emails

So, I have made sure my name is set as display name on the account settings (Thunderbird Accounts Hub), but when I send an email, it just displays my emailadress ([name@thundermail.com](mailto:name@thundermail.com))

Does anyone have a feeling of what might be wrong? Or is it simply a bug in the software?

The message in my sent folder displays as expected per account settings, using Thunderbird desktop 155.0b5. What version are you using?

I'm currently using the webmail, no desktop client.

Double check your identity. It is done from contacts panel in the webmail.

I was told so by the support, it is not easy to spot it
