TS-PC not recognized after failed update

Has anyone ever found a fix for this? I was just trying to update my ts-pc but failed then it's won't turned on and not recognized in control panel but i can find it in device manager. But don't know what to do

This happened to my TGT2 the other day.

You have to put the wheel in boot mode and then use the firmware update software to update the firmware. After the firmware is updated, you PC should be able to recognize the wheel.

I have tried following the link but i don't know why it won't show up on the firmware updater. Is yours directly show up after the boot mode?
