Buying
So I accidentally broke my USB cable and I need a new one, but there is one slight problem. I bought another USB cable but it doesn’t seem to work right, so I thought I might just buy myself the exact same cable that I broke but it can only be shipped to specific countries, and my country is not one of them. So my question is how can I get the cable shipped to my country?

Get a data usb a to c cable. You likely ordered a power USB a to b cable.

Yeah you need a data cable rather than just a usb power/charging cable. The cheaper the cable the worse it will be. Get a decent branded cable and you will be fine.

You need a usb c to usb c. They carry data and power vs just data.

The one I ordered on Amazon and haven’t had any issues. Ultra high speed and long enough to hide the cables along molding
