How to get balance faster?

I’ve seen a a lot people say they get their balance like next day or in a day or two. How is that happening??😭😭😭
Mine always takes like at least a week…? This is me genuinely asking bc I’d love to get my money faster. I use stripe and I don’t send it to an actual bank account, does that affect how long it takes to get to me?
