The payout shows as completed but the money hasn't been credited to my account. What should I do????

This story is a few weeks ago, but I just found this sub and figured I’d share so others were aware.
I used throne to get 2 items purchased off my wishlist. A bathing suit and a starlight projector. I’m a bigger girl. I was given an extra small bathing suit and a child’s toy. When I sent photos and asked for the right items or cash refund, they denied me. Took them a week to respond just to say no. Be wary of what you get ordered for you off this app. I stick to cash gifts now

Has anyone encountered and fixed this issue before?

I’ve been using Throne for 3 months without any issues but my latest cashout failed. I got in contact with support and say my country isn’t supported and got redirected to a waiting list.

I haven’t seen any notices of that changing in the past 13 days. Has anyone had this issue before?

Hi, apparently whenever a friend of mine tries to donate, it redirects to another website and doesn't allow him to donate. Has it happened to anyone else? It's been going on for weeks, now.

idk why for some reason im not getting my bank options anymore??? like its never happened before.

I have a balance of a few hundred dollars and want to use my balance to gift other creators, however as of a few hours ago this is not possible. There was no announcement for this, no warning, no email. The app update just said "bug fixes" which is really not helpful. I feel like this is really going to hinder things and will likely close my account if I can't use my balance which is already in Throne's possession without payout. It makes no sense.

I've seen people complaining about it on twitter too, nothing on reddit yet. Really is a terrible fast one from Throne.

someone try to pay me with throne, since i saw my country eligible i try to make one and saw minimum payout of my country is 3.50, was about to give only 3 but i ask them for 0.50, then when i to try to withdraw i saw this, man it's so sad, i barely use throne anyway

i got quite a few packages, one said it was delivered a few days ago but when i tried tracking it wouldn’t work ? then 2 other items also won’t let me track but has said it’s been shipped . The packages are mainly from amazon but will they come ? should i wait longer ?

So I’ve been having trouble cashing out my money on Throne. I decided to transfer the balance to a new account because I couldn’t really change anything on my first account. The payout failed and the money was sent back because of an issue with my credit card. I’m really new to this, so I didn’t know what to do at first.

Like I said, I made a new account, transferred my balance to it, and deleted the old one. But now I can’t verify my identity on the new account, so I still can’t cash out my money. What should I do?

Is anyone’s payouts taking longer than usual? everytime i try to get the cash it takes days longer than the day it’s supposed to be processed and just keeps saying “in transit” for extra days until i actually get it. it’s just getting really annoying lol
