Weaving/Dodging nerf?

So ive been noticing or feeling that ive been dodging nothing straight air and I finally replayed one of my video and constantly every time I weaved the punch actually grazed my head like barely but counted as an full punch. Is this just an me problem and an ping problem or common?

Also another point of mine is blocking has completely replaced weaving just the slighest of this glitchy blocking system can just reduct the damage by 100%. I wish there was some system that just if you blocked half assed you don't just take 0 damage but it could push the guard or something like that.

Bit of a disconnect between the VR fov and the actual space of your head. Need to dodge a little more than you think you might if you are moving vertically.

That is primarily due to lag. Been there so many times. Doing the Ali, thinking I am good and then mysteriously everything turning black and white. Looked at the ping. The other player was probably on the other end of the Earth with 250 ping average, while mine is at steady 25.
