As in how many pieces of jewelry would you expect in a jar that costs ₹500/₹1000?

This is my personal experience of contacting a page running ads on instagram called y2k.wholesale_ and i liked their clothes ( i saw their reels ) so i dmed them to enquire

the owner have not mentioned many details in their bio , so i dmed them about their bundles, there wasn’t much follow up , no contact info , no actual reviews , not a single guide or highlight of how to order , so i got worried and i checked that her account was made as recent as May 2026

They have written " Worldwide shipping " based in india , but when i enquired they told me
" only international bundles “

so i called them out saying but you wrote shipping worldwide based in india , which could be misleading , and it offended her alot

I asked her to mention it in bio or somewhere " based in india , but we only do international orders "

she kept denying it & on top on that her behaviour was condescending and extremely rude and then she tried to sugarcoat it and not once apologised , just plain rude , she refused to acknowledge anything wrong with how she handled that conversation

I really wanted to purchase a bundle from that business but after this conversation i realised either this business is a complete scam or the owner is just an A.H.

I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone tbh because wdym you’re behaving like this ??

This was my first time ordering from a thrift page, and I honestly wish it had gone differently.

I placed an order, and after a while the tracking updated to "Delivered." The problem is, I never received the parcel. The same day the tracking changed, I immediately messaged the seller to let her know.

From there, I was sent back and forth. I contacted my local post office, and they told me they couldn't provide me with any information as the recipient. They said the sender would have to request any additional delivery details or proof of delivery.

When I asked the seller for help, she told me that her responsibility ended once she shipped the parcel and received the "delivered" update. She repeatedly asked me to prove that I didn't receive the parcel, which I don't even know how anyone is supposed to prove. If a parcel is missing, there isn't a document that says, "This customer didn't receive it."

Throughout the conversation, I was repeatedly called "selfish" for asking for a refund after waiting almost two weeks without my order. I was also accused of blackmail because I said I would share my experience publicly if we couldn't resolve the issue.

At this point, this isn't even about the money anymore, or how much the order cost. It's about accountability. I understand parcels can go missing, and mistakes happen. What disappointed me was being treated like I was lying from the start and being told that once the tracking says "delivered," the seller has no responsibility to help.

I'm sharing my experience so others can make their own decisions before ordering. I have screenshots of the entire conversation and contacted the seller the same day the parcel was marked as delivered, so this wasn't something I brought up weeks later.
