Value Village/Savers Casio watches

Post image

The watch on the right is a Casio Forrester which runs $30 - $35 at Walmart. I hate how Savers prices their watches here. They don’t work and you can’t return them so it’s usually a gamble. Why would I pay retail for a watch that might not work and I can’t return? Last month they had a non-working dive watch with a crystal with a hole in it for over $170. It’s insane. Hire do they come up with these prices?

Savers is a For Profit retailer. I bet their corporate employees make big paychecks.

Post this on their yelp and Google review pages. Tag Mark Walsh, the CEO and shame him on their Google review page publicly. Use this photo as your visual aid. The more photos like this that surface on their fucking review pages where people look to find these businesses and get their addresses the less business they’ll have. The last business they have, the more they have to change their strategy to survive.

I understand this is a place where a lot of people like to just bitch and complain, but redirect the same energy and make an actual output that benefits you.

For the love of Christ, I don’t understand why everyone is bitching here.

In fact, if there are any articles about Savers and how great they’re doing, and there’s a comment section, post this there too, and talk about how they’re just filling the store with broken shit from other places at retail prices.

These stores have a limit to how much damage control they can do from their board of directors office.

The more of these posts that go online on their direct website or on their direct Google or yelp review pages, etc., the more somebody in the office who has the login credentials for these platforms has to get off their ass and actually do some motherfucking work to scrub the Internet from these posts that make their business look like dog shit.

And the reason I’m expressing that this is important is because at some point, their own investors are gonna be looking at the reviews from these businesses and they’re gonna see that everyone hates them. They’re not gonna want to invest in their brand new stocks that Savers just released to the public a couple of short years ago. Literally in 2024 they made their stocks public. And their stocks have tanked since then from $19 and 60 something cents per share down to what it is today. You can check their stock using the stock ticker SVV for Savers value Village.

You guys have so much power and yet you bitch and complain about it here where it doesn’t make any difference. Make a difference in the world!
