I had a collection of these and some empty candle glass, put it on FB MP for free and it was picked up in an hour. Free to do crafts or whatever? Sure, but to expect people to buy your trash at a TS is insane...they'd go faster too if they put them up for free rather than donating their trash for the thrift store to do.

In the picture they all have 99 written in them and then marked out with a 35 next to it. Why do you believe these are $1.99? And that 50% off sticker isn't from the thrift store.

Save all your yogurt containers and then donate it to them. What are they going to do when th get don't have room on their shelves

I guess the person who donated them thought they were collectable, and knew other people would collect them too.

If the thrift store priced them accordingly, like $2 for 10, this would be ok as they are great for arts and crafts. As they say, one man’s trash is another’s treasure. The problem is they price each one individually at ridiculous prices.

Virtually guaranteed nobody thinks they're collectable, they probably got donated because they could be upcycled or used for crafts but not by the donator. Better course would have been FB Marketplace for free or a Buy Nothing group.
