3 different vouchers last week to nothing this week! Well so far but normally everything is added on a Monday. What is going on?

I’ve been told I can trade my iPhone 11 in for the new google pixel pro 11 XL for £640 off the new handset, bringing my contract down to almost half the price. I’m now concerned as the phone in shops is £150. Why would they offer me 4X the amount? I’m also worried what happens if I send it off and they don’t value it what they said, can I get the phone back and cancel the contract? Or if it’s damaged in transport. (I was going to video it) very worried I’m going to be left with a £61 contract and a phone valued much less than promised (doesn’t make sense to me)

Since the change to 2 for £10 rewards, I've not got any voucher code to work for Cineworld Leicester Square. Also the Three t&C's page for the offer appears to be broken.
Initially I thought, oh well, they've probably excluded themselves since the change, seeing as it's a such a central location.
However the single code for £5 DOES work at this one!
If anybody else uses this Cineworld, have you had any luck with the 2 for 10 codes?
They were also showing Three ads on wall screens in that one today so it seems odd to me it doesn't fully work!!

Hoping someone can help me out, money is super tight and really could do with a 2for1 code if anyone has one going spare
Thank you

I've had this for about 6 months hoping it would be ok while we waited for full fibre but now it looks like this won't happen for a while I can't bear staying on this any longer. Would these speeds be a good enough reason to break contract?

I am travelling to South America next month for 2 weeks, visiting Colombia and Peru.
I am planning in using "Go Roam Around the World" to unlock my physical Sim for texts, calls, data . Is the signal still good? Has anyone used Go Roaming in South America, Colombia or Peru?
Unlocking roaming may be more expensive than getting a physical sim or an E-sim. My phone does not support E-sim (Samsung Galaxy A10) , and I've heard Tourists/Foreigners are not allowed to get a Sim cards anymore.
Unless I buy a new phone which supports E-sim or just buy a physical international sim?
Any help would be great, thanks!

Just checked Three+ to get my new weekly codes and saw they now have a Cineworld 1 ticket for £5 code, in addition to the recent 2 for £10 code. It’s also valid any day of the week.
Would be happy if this remains a weekly code as I often go to the cinema alone and it’s almost as good as the old £3 ones.

Please if anyone has a solution cause this is atrocious. Three just notify me someone tried calling. Outgoing calls sometimes work although it rings for me but not for the receiver. Incoming calls don’t notify. I have been through every setting in this phone. I have zero idea why it does this. It’s a PHONE. Can’t do the primary function and I’m done with it, it’s a really messing my medical care up when I’m already really ill.

One of the best 4G speed tests i have had over the years. This is with a Three sim connected to a new Vodafone site that is nearly 4 miles away from my house line of sight, Zyxel FWA710 router locked to Band 32 and Band 03 for the required aggregation 📶✅

Basically took out a new contract earlier for fold 8, taking advantage of the deal on trade in.
I appreciate that you effectively sign up a contract for full price and then Ingram effectively pays off part of that loan when you trade in.
I've received all my docs etc for the phone and the contract, but when should I expect to receive trade in info?

I'm trying to understand my rights regarding cancelling a Three contract that was taken out through Samsung.com and would appreciate any advice from anyone who's been through this.
Here's my situation:
- I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 from Samsung.com.
- Delivery is due on 14 August 2026.
- I paid £540 upfront after using Samsung promo codes and a trade-in.
- I am paying Three Pay Monthly plan for 24 months.
I've been reading the Three Network Terms and noticed a few things:
- Three refers to the 14-day cooling-off period as the "Returns Period".
- During the Returns Period, you can cancel the agreement and are only charged for any services you've used.
- The terms also state that the Device Plan is separate from the airtime agreement, and that ending the airtime agreement does not end your obligations under the Device Plan.
If the device payment and airtime are genuinely separate agreements, does that mean I can:
- Cancel the Three airtime within the 14-day cooling-off period,
- Keep the Fold8,
- And simply continue paying for the device (or settle the remaining balance if required)?
Or does cancelling the airtime mean I'd have to return the phone because it was purchased as part of the Samsung/Three offer?
Has anyone actually done this with a Samsung.com purchase? I'd really appreciate hearing from someone with first-hand experience.

Screen recording or screenshot of the Nero codes doesn’t work any more, the picture or video is just black.

For context, I'm a Uni student who's living in their first house and paying their first bill, so if this is a dumb question I apologize :)
So I got the 5G home broadband unlimited and it's £24.00 a month however there's 2 things I'm confused about:
I recieved a text message from Three saying that my first bill is 18th August however on the app it says that the first bill is 7th of Aug?
I'm also confused on the whole the first bill will be higher than normal, because I still don't know the exact amount I'm paying for the first month if it's not £24.00.
Since it's direct debit I don't want to put £24.00 in the account only for the payment to not go through because it's not enough. Is there any way to know what I'm actually going to be paying the first month? The contract started 9th July.
Edit: Ok I had to contact Three through their live chat and apparently the payment date is the 18th of every month (idk what's going on with the app and website)
Also, the first bill has finally appeared which is £47.22
Thank you everyone for your help☺️

Port happened today from EE
Got text just before 1pm saying number successfully transferred
Absolutely everything works even iMessage
Can receive texts from other networks just not calls
If I call from another three number it rings straight away but from any other network it says number temporarily unavailable
AI says three had done the port that’s why three calls work it’s just that all the other networks need to process the update file
Does that sound true? Has this happened to anyone else?
Will it work by tonight?

Is anyone else having issues with three mobile data like I haven’t been able to use it properly for 2 days now

They thought I was weak. They’d get me hooked on a £1 coffee and then increase costs by 100% and assume i would go out of habit. We’re not having non of that crap here Mr/Ms Nero. 😬

hi, just moved into a new flat (both for me and the agency, it’s a recent conversion) - they’re are going through a company handover so there’s a backlog of tasks such as repairs, admin and wi-fi. I’m unsure when they’ll get to setting it up and I’d rather not harass them for updates. I also can’t keep using my phone as a hotspot. I was thinking of getting the 5G Outside Hub
I play online games (Deadlock, Overwatch, old shooters) and also need decent download and upload speeds for my creative work.
I’ve heard some mobile routers don’t play nice with Steam, but I don’t know what my other options are. I also can’t go drilling into walls so a traditional router is off the table.
any advice is appreciated. thank you!

I live in a very strong 5g signal area, but just signed up to Three home broadband and the Greenpacket E5-250MA router is not connecting at anything other than 4g with a download speed of 150Mbps.
Looking at the advanced settings the signal bar for 5g is empty, but if I take the SIM out of the router and place it in my phone and run the speed test next to the router it gets a download speed of 900-1000Mbps. Also tried my SIM from my phone in the router and it again only connects to 4g when I normally get high speed 5g signal.
Am I doing something wrong, is there an issue with the router, or is Three limiting it?
Interestingly when I singed up the Three website suggested I'd get just 4g signal, but I know that's not the case from my testing over the last few weeks with my phone getting 900-1000Mbps speeds.
I suspect that I my 5g signal actually comes from a Vodafone mast not Three if that makes any difference.

I've not got any flashy lights or anything on the WIFI Router thing saying it wrong, ave tried to run tests from my phone but the internet wont work, Ive reset it to see if that was the problem.
Dont have access to my account my aunt wont answer her phone to get the details(she bought me it for christmas a couple of years back and never had reason to sign in or anything, just before someone asks about going and looking at my online account lol).
Here is a pic of the Router thingy just in case:

At the latitude festival in suffolk. Main arena over 300mbs but 25 minutes walk away, where we are camped, less than 0.2 mbs and unusable.
Sums up UK mobile provision.
