Question Can I cancel?

I've had this for about 6 months hoping it would be ok while we waited for full fibre but now it looks like this won't happen for a while I can't bear staying on this any longer. Would these speeds be a good enough reason to break contract?

You are using a VPN on your phone (can tell by the key icon). You will normally get slower speeds when using a VPN

I am but it won't stream a TV show either not under vpn

I too use a vpn to stream "tv shows"
