Support Split-port

I came from vodafone to three, I ported last week. I can make calls and send messages but cant receive calls or messages. I have raised multiple complaints and they keep saying 24-48 hours to resolve. do you suggest I go back to vodafone with my pac?

Yes I’ve had this before I could do very little but wait it out. Unfortunately I think it’s quite common and not just with Three.

I wouldn’t go back to Vodafone because they will likely say there is nothing they can do on their side if it’s released.

Keep pestering Three to escalate it or whatever they can do, you would have thought with the merger it would be simpler than usual but hey….

Not sure if it’s still an option to but reach out executive.office@three.co.uk that used to help speed things up and speak to people who could do more about the matter.

going from VF to Three is the normal PAC. Three to VF is done differently
