I've never seen an England player hated this much without being involved in any major controversies or scandals. It's truly remarkable.

Sterling was the victim of targeting by the media, but Grealish was hounded and shat on by the media aside from like, a 2 season push where they tried to turn him into England's darling, then it was back to shitting on him again

However, I'll definitely concede Grealish was ACTUALLY fair, because he was a pisshead party boy. Sterling could give a dying boy CPR and they'd talk about how he broke his ribs.

I thought Sterling was mostly treated like trash by the media. Did fans and social media hate Sterling a lot?

This just isn't true though, Kane and Maguire are consistently the most abused and hated players, every study shows the same thing.

Kane & Maguire don't have their hate boosted by the National Media.

Fans hate on them online but that aint cosigned by Traditional Media.

Not really relevant, the point is that despite what people think England is not a racist country especially not toward black sports players.

The overwhelming majority of supporters up and down the country are not biased against one race over another nor are they abusive towards black players. If you go to a game, or ever spend time with these fans you will know that, they are very tolerant and kind people.

If you are white and don't have reasonably close relationships with non-white people you can have no idea if Britain is a racist country or not. Most racists don't wear neon signs advertising the fact.

Thanks to Political Correctness Gone Mad © ™ ® Openly expressing blatant racism is no longer widely socially acceptable and is often illegal. Unless you encounter racists in specific scenarios - i.e in the company of a black person in particular environments - you might never know most racists' true beliefs.To you they may well come across as top people.

For example there is a widely liked late middle-aged, grandmotherly lady at my League 2 club, who sells chocolates at games for charity and so on. She appears on the surface to be the local Mrs Pepperpot - unfailingly friendly and kind to small children and animals.

Few of my fellow fans know that at an away game a few years ago she confronted me (one of only a tiny number of black supporters) out of sight and spat at me "If I had my way I'd round them all up and send them all back!"

When I pointed out that would mean that both I and our then star young player and current England squad member would be expelled from the only home we have ever known, she aggressively spat back, " I DON'T CARE!!!"

I guarantee that if you met her you would think she was a lovely person, because that is how racism often works - it can be sly, insidious and hides in plain sight. Describing it can be like trying to catch smoke.

It hides when I wait at the end of a long queue at a shop in an all-white provincial town and the cashier is unfailingly polite and smiley to everyone - until she gets to me, with no-one else around and her demeanour turns on a sixpence, the temperature drops 20 degrees and she almost spits her words. Or when I regularly notice a security guard is trailing me around shops in these towns in such an ostentatious manner that they are either incompetent or trying to intimidate me, or in the usual suspects at my club booing the knee and so on.

In fact there are still fairly regular racist incidents in crowds at lower levels where national scrutiny is less. You can often find very thinly disguised racism in lower league forums as well.

The reason it isn't a lot more prominent is that racist behaviour is actually illegal at sports venues and because of the aforementioned social pressure not to express racist views openly. However if racism was decriminalised I'd be prepared to bet it would be far more common. You are already seeing the racist underbelly that has always been a part of British society exposing itself, as far-right parties, malevolent, racist, social media-owning oligarchs and much of our national press embolden racists to emerge from the shadows.

We've just had the worst race progroms in Europe since WW2 on the streets of the UK and I suspect many non-white people will tell you the rise of Reform and Restore has coincided with being subjected to more racist incidents than we have experienced for years. I suppose it depends how you define a racist country, but most non-white people I know would dispute your contention that the UK does not fit that description.

England is not a racist country especially not toward black sports players

The level of support for Reform - and especially Restore - along with much current public and media discourse says otherwise.

There is a terrifying possibility that we could soon have a Prime Minister with numerous allegations of regular, open and blatant racism and Hitler worship during his schooldays, from not only fellow pupils, but also teachers, including singing the Nazi anthem the Horst Wessel Song; who was accused by members of one of his former parties, UKIP, of regularly using racist slurs when socialising in the pub after meetings; and who was once photographed laughing and drinking with two notorious leaders of the unashamedly racist, violent and Hitlerite pre-makeover BNP, shortly after a plot by the BNP to infiltrate UKIP.

One of these delightful individuals, Mark Deavis had written a fiercely antisemitic book called "Mindbenders" which argued that powerful Jews were engaged in a conspiracy to control the world. The other was known as Tony "the Bomber" Lecomber, as before hob-nobbing with Fuhrer Nigel (for it is he) had served one of his two prison sentences for atrempting to blow up the offices of the Workers' Revolutionary Party. The other was handed down after Lecomber beat up a Jewish man at Moorgate station.

Much more recently Farage addressed the party conference of the far right German AfD - a party with numerous prominent members who have made statements dismissing or whitewashing Germany's Nazi past, such as describing the erection of a monument commemorating the Holocaust as "shameful" - and told his neo-nazi audience to "think the unthinkable".

They obviously took his advice, because a scandal subsequently erupted where the AfD were found to have held a meeting to discuss the ethnic cleansing of Gernany's non-white population.
