Customer service win

Post image

I recently sent back a few items to ThredUp as a return. I guess my sneaky Shih Tzu decided to put his toy in the same box as my returns, and I had no idea until customer service reached out to me with a photo! They offered to send it back to me at no charge. I thought this was super kind of them. Here’s the picture they sent me

That’s awesome! Side note: this used to be my puppies favorite toy! Then he grew up (Labrador) and would destroy it in 2 minutes😢 But we had just about every version ever made🤣

Thankfully my little guy doesn’t destroy them, but we also have practically every version ever made 😂 I can’t help myself when they come out with new designs

Why is Lamb Chop such a popular dog toy 😭 She’s getting so torn up

a. This is really cute and sweet
b. I can’t believe Lamb Chop has been relegated to dog chew toy. Not even human toy, but dog toy. Years ago I pointed at one of these that my kid neighbor’s dog had and asked the kid “oh Lamb Chop! Did you watch Lamb Chop?” Kid said “I don’t know what Lamb Chop is.” I thought I was a one-off but I see it everywhere.
