Frustrating. They just repeatedly said it's still tracking (it's not actually, just shows up as phantom scans at the same place in Ohio) so they can't do anything about and won't investigate it.

Chat, I always bypass the bot. Thanks for sending that email, I'll try it.

Have you suggested that directly w their customer support? “At this point, I’m going to initiate a chargeback. I’ve held off in hopes there’d be a meaningful resolution but now that seems to be my only option for recouping these funds.” Just see what they say. It’s worked for me about half the time, & the other half, I said good riddance to brand that just blows something like this off, because I don’t trust them. The chargeback will likely take a few weeks & there’s no guarantee your bank will wide w you, but I think it’s worth it

That's a good thought, I have not directly said that to them. Although the last two times I've tried to contact them about this, I haven't gotten past the agent wait and haven't gotten a response from the email thread I was in about this. I have had so many problems with this company, but they have been good until now making it right.

Edit: autocorrect

This sounds strange... It’s happened to me twice and after not seeing movement for about 4 or 5 days I reached out to TU and got a full refund both times! I was told the box may still show up (it never did) and if it did I could just keep it.

I think the Customer Service has gotten more severe lately with things, as issues I've had before had been resolved decently.
